Bikes equipped with one bar (naked, sport touring, etc), use bar with 22 or 29 (28,5mm) section in the middle, and 22mm section in the end part (where grips are located).
Custom as H-D use 1 inch bar, sports bike use two bars.
A 22 mm bar looks smaller than a 29 (28,5mm) bar, just watch the mid section.
