HANDLING TIMES

While every effort is made to ship on the same day we do promise between 'same day' and 48 hour handling time excluding weekends and public holidays.

FREE FREIGHT (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

At MotoHeaven all orders over $100 within Australia are free freight excluding some heavy and/or bulky items. Tyres to WA/NT are also excluded which is calculated at check-out.

BULKY ITEMS

Where items are ‘bulky’ and Australia Post won’t accept them the next best courier option will be provided for you. In some cases a business shipping address may be required to complete the shipment. These items may also incur a freight charge and are excluded from our Free Freight terms.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping times can vary throughout Australia. If you would like to get an estimate you can use the Australia Post delivery time calculator MotoHeaven's Suburb/Post Code is Highett, 3190.

All items are sent via Australia Post eParcel via regular post, Express is available as an option at checkout. Some bulky items are not accepted via Australia Post and are sent via Couriers Please or Fastway.

CLICK & COLLECT

C&C is offered and can be selected at checkout. If you do place an order you will receive a text message acknowledging your order and a second text message when your order is ready for collection.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this stage MotoHeaven does not offer international shipping with the exception of New Zealand. If you would like to ask a question about International Shipping to other countries please get in touch with our customer service team outlined below.

NEW ZEALAND

We are happy to announce to our kiwi friends that we are now shipping over the ditch! here are some things to keep in mind when shopping with us.

• Flat Rate Shipping:
  • All orders to New Zealand incur and flat rate shipping charge of AUD$29.95.
• Customs/Duties:
  • Orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes in New Zealand. MotoHeaven has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.  To find more info on duty and allowances click here.
  • All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and MotoHeaven will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and MotoHeaven will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
• Exclusions:
  • Unfortunately there are some items that we cannot ship internationally. These products include batteries and other items classed as "Dangerous Goods" as well as some bulky items.
