On top of our already great competitive online pricing, every purchase you make at MotoHeaven earns you 2.5% back in Moto Credits to spend on future purchases.

That means every time you gear up with MotoHeaven, whether it is helmets, riding gear, parts, or accessories, you will automatically earn Moto Credits that can be used on your next order.

Your Moto Credits are added to your MotoHeaven account after your order is completed (Moto Credits may take up to 24 Hours to appear), ready to be used the next time you shop.

It is our way of saying thanks for riding with MotoHeaven. The more you ride, the more you earn.

Your Moto Credit balance can be viewed in several places while you are logged into your MotoHeaven account.

You can check your balance in the following locations:

• Your Account Profile Dashboard under Payment Methods.
  
• Your Account Overview located in the website menu.
  
• At the top of this page while viewing the Moto Credit information page.
  
• Inside your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
  
• At checkout, where your available balance will appear and can be applied to your order.
  

As long as you are logged into your MotoHeaven account, your Moto Credit balance will automatically appear in these locations, making it easy to keep track of your rewards while you shop.

Once you’ve earned Moto Credits through your purchases at MotoHeaven, they are automatically added to your MotoHeaven Account as store credit.

When you’re ready to use them:

1. Log into your MotoHeaven Account.
2. Add the items you want to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Your available Moto Credit balance will appear automatically, and you can apply it to your order. Moto Credits must be applied as the full available balance, and any remaining credit will stay on your account to use on a future order.
   

Your Moto Credits work just like real money on MotoHeaven — simply apply them at checkout to reduce the total cost of your order.

There’s no complicated steps — just ride, earn, and spend.

Note: If your Moto Credits balance is not appearing correctly at checkout, it may simply need a quick refresh. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top corner of the checkout, select “Switch account”, and log back into your MotoHeaven account. This will refresh your account and your credit balance should display correctly. Please note that Moto Credits may take up to 24 Hours to appear in your account after an order is placed.

Yes. Your Moto Credits will remain in your MotoHeaven account until you choose to spend them.

When you decide to spend your Moto Credits at checkout, the maximum available balance will automatically be applied to your order. Any remaining balance that is not spent will stay on your account for a future purchase.

Please note that Moto Credits must be spent within 12 months of the date that amount was earned. After this time, unused Moto Credits will expire.

This gives you plenty of time to build up your balance and put it towards your next piece of riding gear, parts, or accessories.

The MotoHeaven Moto Credit program is designed to reward customers for shopping with MotoHeaven. By participating in the Moto Credit program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Earning Moto Credits
  Customers earn 2.5% back in Moto Credits on eligible purchases made through MotoHeaven. Moto Credits are issued as store credit and are added to the customer’s MotoHeaven account once an order has been completed. Please note that Moto Credits may take up to 24 Hours to appear in your account after an order is placed.
  
  MotoHeaven reserves the right to determine which purchases are eligible for Moto Credits and may exclude certain products, promotions, or transactions at its discretion.

• Using Moto Credits
  Moto Credits can be applied at checkout and function as store credit to reduce the total cost of an order. When applied at checkout, the maximum available balance will be used toward the purchase.
  
  Moto Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, and they cannot be applied to previous purchases.

• Expiry
  All Moto Credits expire 12 months from the date they were earned. Any unused Moto Credits remaining after this period will automatically expire and be removed from the customer’s account.

• Returns & Order Adjustments
  If an order that earned Moto Credits is cancelled, refunded, or returned, MotoHeaven reserves the right to remove or adjust the Moto Credits associated with that purchase.

• Program Changes & Discretion
  MotoHeaven reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Moto Credit program at any time without prior notice. MotoHeaven also reserves the right to adjust, deduct, or cancel Moto Credits from any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected misuse, fraud, pricing errors, refunds, or system errors.

• General
  Moto Credits have no monetary value outside of the MotoHeaven store and may only be redeemed through MotoHeaven. Participation in the Moto Credit program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
