On top of our already competitive online pricing, every eligible purchase you make at MotoHeaven earns you 2.5% back in Moto Credits to spend on future purchases, capped at $100.0 in Moto Credits per transaction.

That means every time you gear up with MotoHeaven, whether it is helmets, riding gear, parts, or accessories, you will automatically earn Moto Credits that can be used on your next order.

Your Moto Credits are added to your MotoHeaven account once your order has been fulfilled & completed (please allow up to 24 hours for your credits to appear), ready to redeem the next time you shop.

Eligible purchases do not include Pre-Owned products, non-physical products or Gift Cards.

It's our way of saying thanks for choosing MotoHeaven. The more you ride, the more you earn with Moto Credits.

Your Moto Credits balance can be viewed in several places while you're logged into your MotoHeaven account.

You can check your balance in the following locations:

• Your account profile, displayed as "Store Credit" under payments.
• At the top of this page while viewing the Moto Credits information page.
• Inside your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
• During checkout, displayed as "Store Credit" under payments and can be applied to your order if desired.

As long as you're logged into your MotoHeaven account, your Moto Credits balance will automatically appear in these locations, making it easy to keep track of your rewards and savings every time you shop.

Once you've earned Moto Credits through your purchases at MotoHeaven, they're automatically added to your MotoHeaven account as store credit.

When you're ready to use them:

1. Log into your MotoHeaven account.
2. Add the items you want to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout.
4. Your available Moto Credits balance will appear automatically and can be applied to your order. If you don't use your full balance, any remaining Moto Credits will stay on your account for your next purchase.

Moto Credits work just like store credit, making it easy to save on your next order.

There's nothing extra you need to do. Ride, earn and save.

Note: If your Moto Credits balance isn't appearing correctly at checkout, it may simply need a quick refresh. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top corner of the checkout, select Switch account, then log back into your MotoHeaven account. This will refresh your account and your available credit balance should display correctly. Please allow up to 24 hours for Moto Credits to appear after your order has been completed.

Yes. Your Moto Credits will remain in your MotoHeaven account until you choose to spend them.

When you decide to use your Moto Credits at checkout, your available balance can be applied to your order. Any unused balance will remain on your account for a future purchase.

Please note that Moto Credits must be used within 12 months of the date they were earned. After this time, any unused Moto Credits will expire.

This gives you plenty of time to build up your rewards balance and put it towards your next bike, components, apparel, accessories or nutrition purchase.

The MotoHeaven Moto Credits program is designed to reward customers for shopping with MotoHeaven. By participating in the Moto Credits program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Earning Moto Credits

1.1 Customers earn 2.5% back in Moto Credits on eligible purchases made through MotoHeaven, capped at $100.0 in Moto Credits per transaction.

1.2 Moto Credits are issued as store credit and are added to your MotoHeaven account once your order has been completed. Please allow up to 24 hours for Moto Credits to appear in your account.

1.3 Eligible purchases include physical products sold by MotoHeaven. Moto Credits are not earned on Pre-Owned products, non-physical products (including services where applicable), Gift Cards, shipping charges, taxes, or any other items specifically excluded by MotoHeaven. Additional exclusions may apply from time to time and will be communicated where applicable.

1.4 Moto Credits are only earned on the amount paid using new funds. Any portion of an order paid for using Moto Credits or any other store credit does not earn additional Moto Credits.

2. Redeeming Moto Credits

2.1 Moto Credits can be redeemed at checkout and function as store credit to reduce the total cost of eligible products. Moto Credits cannot be redeemed towards excluded products, Gift Cards, shipping charges or any other excluded fees.

2.2 Any unused Moto Credits balance will remain on your account until redeemed or expired in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 Moto Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

3. Expiry

3.1 Moto Credits expire 12 months from the date they are earned.

3.2 Any unused Moto Credits remaining after the expiry period will automatically expire and be removed from your account without notice.

4. Returns, Refunds & Order Adjustments

4.1 If an order that earned Moto Credits is cancelled, refunded or returned, MotoHeaven reserves the right to remove or adjust the Moto Credits associated with that purchase.

4.2 If Moto Credits or any other store credit are used to pay for an order and those credits are subsequently cancelled, reversed, adjusted, expire or are otherwise determined to have been applied incorrectly, MotoHeaven reserves the right to recover the outstanding balance relating to that order.

4.3 Where an outstanding balance exists, MotoHeaven may withhold or adjust any refund, exchange, warranty claim, replacement order or future transaction until the balance has been paid. We may also contact you to arrange payment of any amount owing.

5. Program Changes & Administration

5.1 MotoHeaven reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Moto Credits program at any time without prior notice.

5.2 MotoHeaven reserves the right to adjust, deduct or cancel Moto Credits from any account where it reasonably believes credits have been earned or redeemed incorrectly, including but not limited to pricing errors, refunds, fraudulent activity, system errors or misuse of the program.

6. General

6.1 Moto Credits have no monetary value outside of MotoHeaven and may only be redeemed on purchases made through MotoHeaven.

6.2 Participation in the Moto Credits program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

6.3 MotoHeaven reserves the right to interpret, apply and administer these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
