MotoHeaven Bikes & Accessories is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail & Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Moorabbin.
If you’re passionate about motorcycles, riding gear, accessories and delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and online, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a dynamic role combining retail sales and online customer support within a fast-paced motorcycle retail environment. You’ll assist customers in-store, respond to online enquiries, help process online orders and ensure every customer has a positive MotoHeaven experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in-store with product selection and purchases
- Providing knowledgeable advice on motorcycle apparel, helmets, accessories and parts
- Responding to online customer enquiries via email, phone and social media
- Processing and packing online orders
- Maintaining excellent store presentation and merchandising
- Receiving and unpacking stock deliveries
- Assisting with website and online product updates when required
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using computers, online systems and social media
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organised and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Availability to work weekends when required
Bonus Points For
- Passion for motorcycles or riding experience
- Motorcycle licence
- Experience with online retail or e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of motorcycle brands, gear and accessories
