Warranty Policy

At MotoHeaven, we understand that cycling gear gets put through its paces. That’s why most manufacturers offer warranties covering faults in materials or workmanship.

All new products purchased from MotoHeaven are protected by the warranty provided by the respective brand. For the most accurate information, we recommend visiting the manufacturer’s website to review their specific warranty terms.

Please note that warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer, not MotoHeaven, and approval is at their discretion. We are only able to handle warranty claims for items bought directly from our store or website. Be sure to keep your MotoHeaven proof of purchase handy when submitting a claim.

Processing Warranties

  1. Assess and determine if the issue qualifies as a warranty claim or is the result of normal wear and tear. See our Warranty FAQ's below.
  2. Please email online@motoheaven.com.au with a clear description of the issue, along with detailed photos and your original order number or proof of purchase.
  3. We'll get back to you within 48 hours to let you know if we need anything else to get your warranty claim started.
  4. Your warranty claim will be submitted to the manufacturer for assessment. While we’ll do our best to have your claim processed as quickly as possible, please allow up to two weeks for a resolution.

Just a heads-up, these things are NOT covered by warranty:

  • Boot/Shoe sole wear & tear.
