While we aim to dispatch orders on the same day, please allow up to 48 hours for processing, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that handling times apply equally to both Standard and Express shipping options.

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply. A flat rate shipping fee applies to bulky and/or dangerous goods based on your location. In most cases, this fee covers the full cost of delivery. However, in some extenuating circumstances, particularly to rural or remote areas, additional freight charges may be required.
If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm any extra costs.
International Shipping
At this time, MotoHeaven does not offer international shipping at checkout, except for deliveries to New Zealand. If you're looking to ship to another country, please email your enquiry to our customer service team at online@motoheaven.com.au.

We are happy to announce to our kiwi friends that we are now shipping over the ditch! here are some things to keep in mind when shopping with us.
Flat Rate Shipping
- All orders to New Zealand incur and flat rate shipping charge of AUD$34.95. Excluding Bulky & Dangerous Goods.
Customs/Duties
- Orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes in New Zealand. MotoHeaven has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand. To find more info on duty and allowances click here.
- All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and MotoHeaven will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and MotoHeaven will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
Exclusions
- Unfortunately there are some items that we cannot ship internationally. These products include batteries and other items classed as "Dangerous Goods" as well as some bulky items.
