Alpinestars SR7 / SR10 One Size Helmet Shield
Engineered with an optical filtering layer, the Absolute Vision™ shield selectively blocks overlapping bands of the color spectrum to precisely define the range of colors perceived by the eye and significantly enhance contrast. This refined light management sharpens visual definition, allowing road details to appear clearer and more distinct in a wide range of lighting conditions.
The lens incorporates a specially formulated warm-colored tint that reduces uncomfortable stray flat light, minimizing glare and improving visual comfort without compromising color accuracy. By brightening shadowed areas while filtering harmful UV rays and excessive brightness in direct sunlight, the visor creates a more balanced visual field and neutralizes disruptive color variations—resulting in a clearer, more accurate view of the road.
This shields is of the Gen 2 (.02) version, the same as the standard shield used on the S-R7 helmets therefore, when installing them on an S-R10 helmet, the corresponding Gen2 tear-offs (S-02 Tear Off Set 8952425) and Gen 2 Pinlock® lenses (8952525) if used, are required.
