Almost every component of the Supertech R Boot, Alpinestars definitive racing boot as worn by a roster of champions past and present, has undergone a rigorous program of upgrades to sharpen its performance features even further. Featuring innovations derived using feedback from Alpinestars involvement in top flight racing, key elements include a newly redesigned front flex area, a redesigned rear bellow, a redesigned top gaitor, a new shifter and shin plate, a new shin slider and a new inner bootie, all of which enhance the comfort, protection and the performance of this boot to a new class-leading high.

Features:

• Internal bio-mechanical inner bootie: features a TPU-reinforced external toe area for superior impact protection and structure to enhance stability and rider comfort.
• Replaceable TPU and aluminum toe sliders: deliver high-level abrasion resistance.
• Redesigned TPU shin plate: offers improved impact absorption and abrasion resistance in a critical strike zone.
• New TPU shifter: on the lower medial side increases protection against shifter impacts and abrasion.
• Micro adjustable top ratchet closure: fine tunes calf fit for personalized support and comfort.
• New replaceable heel plate slider: boosts sliding performance and safeguards the heel in a crash.
• Lightweight rubber compound sole: provides excellent peg grip and consistent bike feel.

Protection:

• CE-certified to EN13634:2017 standards for motorcycle protective footwear.

Construction:

• Main upper: constructed from abrasion-resistant microfiber with inherent water resistance and low weight.
• Replaceable shin slider: provides additional protection against abrasion.
• Integrated ankle padding: within the inner bootie enhances medial-lateral support and impact attenuation.
• Replaceable heel plate slider: design delivers enhanced abrasion management and protection during a crash.
• Hook-and-loop zipper keeper: locks the zipper puller in place for a clean, secure, stay-put closure.
• New TPU stretch panels: with zipper enables easier entry/exit and creates a closer, more optimized fit.
• Sole: constructed using a lightweight rubber compound for reduced weight and durable wear.
