Biltwell Window Handlebar 1" Slotted TUV
Inspired by the custom motorcycle style that emerged from San Francisco in the 1970s, the Window bar features a narrow profile for lane splitting and a clean, classic appearance. Constructed from seamless CNC mandrel-bent 4130 chromoly tubing, it is designed for strength, durability, and precise fitment.
Features:
- Seamless 0.120" (3mm) wall 4130 chromoly construction
- CNC mandrel-bent top bar with minimal back- and down-sweep
- CNC-mitered tube ends for precise alignment
- TIG-welded construction
- Black electroplate finish
- Slotted design accepts OEM Harley-Davidson hand controls
- 1" outside diameter with 19.4mm inside diameter
- TUV verified for fatigue strength, manufacturing quality, and fitment
Form & Function:
- Narrow profile designed for lane splitting
- Flat grip sections accommodate stock levers and hand controls
- Best suited for custom motorcycles with short or stock-length backbones or relaxed head tube angles
- Compatible with many Harley-Davidson Sportster, Triumph, and Yamaha XS650 chopper applications
- Due to possible burrs inside welded joints, internal hand-control wiring is not recommended
