The abrasion resistant mesh allows the jacket to have a great level of flow through ventilation in hot conditions but is strong enough to keep together in the event of an emergency, particularly when combined with 600D polyester which has an exceptionally high tensile strength but enough flexibility for comfort. CE rated elbow and shoulder armour helps protect your limbs, with the high density back protector providing spinal protection. All armour can be upgraded to CE Level 2 for maximium protection. Pre-curved arms provide comfort when in a forward riding position, with stretch panels in the chest and arms allowing movement on the bike. A neoprene collar prevents rubbing on your neck when looking around or performing shoulder checks. The Reissa waterproof/breathable liner will keep the rain from penetrating through the jacket fabric, with the 8000/5000mm rating a suitable rating for most Australian climates. This liner is easily removed and stored for warmer, dry weather, revealing a mesh comfort liner.
