The Barkbusters Grey EGO Mini Handguard is purpose-built for mini bikes, 80cc motocross bikes, and fun bikes requiring maximum hand and lever protection in demanding riding conditions. Proudly Australian made, this compact handguard system features Barkbusters’ strongest full wrap-around heat-treated aluminium backbone for outstanding durability and impact resistance.

Designed to suit mini bikes with straight 22mm (7/8") handlebars, the compact curved profile helps protect hands and controls while maintaining excellent rider control. The system includes replaceable high impact-resistant grey EGO plastic guards and is also compatible with KTM 65 SX models.

Optional deflectors are available for riders wanting additional wind and debris protection.
